Enrico Washington

Enrico L. Washington is a co-founder of DoWorks Corporation, a not-for-profit organization that was created to serves athletes and parents in Georgia, the U.S. and abroad. The organization’s mission is to develop leaders out of student-athletes that will provide them with opportunities beyond sports. Through his expertise in governance, strategic planning, and change management, Enrico has coached many executives and organizations to achieve higher performance.

 

Prior to beginning his efforts to develop the 360-degree student-athlete, Enrico established leadership acumen in the construction industry. During his career in this industry, Enrico has been involved in some challenging projects that have formulated some of the unique skylines in the Southeastern Region in the United States. Enrico holds his MBA (Leadership Concentration) and bachelor’s degree in Communication (Organization Communication Concentration).

 

He currently serves as chairman of Keep Cobb Beautiful and is a Georgia-Registered Lobbyist focusing on various aspects to improve the local industry structure with construction in the state. He has served on numerous boards of directors and devotes considerable time to charitable and community projects. Enrico is married and has two children. He and his wife, Melissa, live in Marietta, Ga.
